All client information given during the ordering and registration process is collected and stored lawfully and in accordance with the relevant data protection acts on secure web servers. All information held on our systems is password protected. We do not use any information given for marketing purposes without your consent. When you book accommodation online.

What information we collect

Your name and contact information including postal address, e-mail address and telephone number.

We won’t ever share your contact or payment details with third parties. We do not share any customer details with any 3rd parties. Credit card and debit card details are processed by Worldpay or Paypal.

What we do with the Information?

When you book with us, to process your deposit or balance payment, we need to take you credit/debit card details as well as name, address and contact details. Your details are stored on a separate server that is managed by US Booking Services (a small Glaswegian company that specialises in a holiday accommodation booking software called Card details are kept on an encrypted server, password protected and are unusable after one use. Name, address, emails and phone numbers are kept on another password protected server and are kept for the purposes of communicating with you about your stay with us.

To improve and personalise your experience when you visit the website (See the cookies section), and to keep you informed about other products and services you might be interested in.

To ask you to provide feedback on our service or to request a review. You do not have to participate in these if you do not wish.
