Terms & Conditions

When we receive a booking we take a non-refundable 25% deposit with the 75% balance payable 28 days before the start of your holiday. If the booking is made within 28 days of the start of the holiday then the full amount will be taken.

If a cancelation is within 28 days of the start of the holiday and we are able to fill the vacancy then we will give a refund of the 75% balance.

In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

Payment is welcome by cash, cheque, paypal and BACS transfer.
